The Lime Jalapeno brine takes its root from the traditional Al Pastor recipe. The blend of pineapple and lime juice along with the potent herbal bouquet of Mexican oregano, cilantro, and cumin produces a very authentic flavor. Lime Jalapeno’s heat level is mild, so while it’s flavor-filled, it can be enjoyed by everyone.Â

Directions: Shake the bottle of concentrate well. Pour over meat, then add 1 part water for every 1 part brine bath. Approximately 1/2 cup brine bath per 1lb of meat.Â
 After opening, keep the remaining product refrigerated.
